Reading assembly for World Book Week

We started the week with a reading assembly with Maggie Broad, our RE advisor who works very closely with our school. The children came up to the front and each chose one of Maggie’s favourite reading books. Maggie told us that she likes ‘real books’ best of all and is not at all keen on reading from her Kindle. She shared a picture book with the children called ‘No Matter What’ by Debi Gliori

  1. Thank you to the wonderful children who took part in my assembly this morning. It was really good to be with you all. Please remember to let me know your favourite books so that I can share them with my grandchildren . Have a fantastic book week .
