Bag Packing Success!

Yesterday, 21 children gave their free time to help raise funds for our garden arts project. They were such good ambassadors for our school, speaking confidently to members of the public, assisting shoppers with their bag packing and explaining clearly what we were fundraising for. People gave very generously (£10 in one instance!) which resulted in us raising £285! The ‘Friends’ also made £190 on the tombola stall so thank you for donating such a great variety of prizes. We are now waiting for the final figure of the hamper raffle at Tesco but are confident this will be in excess of £400! A great big well done to the children, parents and staff who gave their free time to support this fundraising event. A big thank you also to Tesco Fakenham for enabling us to hold this event and to Sara Sayer for her continued support with school projects.

  1. Well done everyone, so proud of the children that helped with our fundraising.and thank you parents also for dropping off and picking up. We were amazed at the generosity from the people who were shopping at Tesco on Saturday.
Sara Sayer, Checkout staff, All Saints Staff, Trudy, Teresa and the Friends of the school – as said in the post – thank you very, very much. This will help to enable our Garden Arts Project to become a reality!

  2. Good work everyone! Giving something back to the community AND raising money for the school-you can’t do better than that!. I love the photos- especially the ones at the fish counter!
