Year 6 Settling in.

Year 6 have started to settle into their new routine really well. I am very pleased with their attitude to learning and keenness to do well. Everyone has returned with the right equipment and all are looking very smart.

Mrs Cooke and the swimming team were really impressed with their behaviour and effort during their swimming lesson today.

A few reminders:

  • Homework diaries need to be in school everyday. Please write in these if your child is going home with a friend or someone different is collecting them from school. They are a great way for you to communicate with Mrs Budgett and vice versa! This is also good practise in helping your child prepare for High School and the demands of using a planner.
  • Swimming day:  your child needs a packed lunch as they eat before the dinners arrive in school from Fakenham.
  • Dinner forms and menus have gone out today. Please return ASAP.
  • Tomorrow (Wednesday) your child will be bringing home a very important letter about applying for High School! You will soon be hearing when the various open evenings are at the high schools, this is to help you make the right choice for your child.

Many thanks

Mrs Budgett
