Lunch Orders are Going Digital

At the start of the year we moved over to a new information management system called ‘Pupil Asset’ and they produce a parent app which can be installed on any iOS or Android smartphone and tablet devices. It is through this app that you will order lunches for your child and report absence giving you a clear overview of lunch orders, balances and your child’s attendance.

In the not too distant future you will also be able to make payments for lunches and school trips through the app as well as view academic progress.

  • Go to the iOS App store or Google play store depending on your device and search for ‘Pupil Asset Parents’ and install it on your device. (see app logo ->)
  • Login to the app with the email account you gave to us for your contact details.(You will be asked to create a password the first time you log in)
  • We will be in touch if we do not have an email address for you on our system.
  • Allow the app to send you notifications
  • Start using the app!

Take a look at the screenshots below to get an idea of what the app looks like and how to use it.

When do I start using the app?

You can start using the app straight away! We are phasing in lunch orders through the app over this half term and will be completely moving over to it after May half term holiday.

Unfortunately, Windows phones are not supported. However you can still log into Pupil Asset  through the following website via the browser on your Windows phone or computer:

For those who do not have a compatible device or access to the Internet then your child can order their meal on the day at registration. If your child is marked as absent then any lunch ordered for that day will automatically be cancelled.

After half term we will not be sending any order forms home.

Of course if you have any issues we will do our utmost to help you so please get in touch.
