As you are fully aware this week is Healthy Lifestyle week. In the meeting room each group is looking at the importance of bringing a healthy packed lunch to school. We have discussed what the children bring, as well as look at examples of good and bad examples. We talk about the different food groups needed to stay healthy and then finish by drawing an example of a very healthy lunchbox. One of yesterday’s group were lucky enough to experience a yoga session with Cecile Pons. The group were amazing, hopefully the were able to demonstrate some of the moves they learnt.
Tomorrow is Sports day… proper PE kit is needed (white t-shirts and dark shorts.) drinks and sun hats with children covered in sun cream too!
