This afternoon we were really fortunate to have Alison Woodward, one of our parents and governor of the school, come in to talk with Year 4 about the local environment and the impact humans have had on
We also looked at habitats and what was going on in our Nature Alive Garden. The children helped to stamp in lots of wild flower seeds from all the villages locally as well as listening to Alison explain about the habitats there.
All in all, a great afternoon, thank you Alison.
We are looking forward to our walk Stibbard tomorrow where we shall identify different trees, bushes and flowers. Don’t forget your wellies, most of you have left them in school, but those who forgot today please try and remember them.
