Phonics – Challenge 1:
Consolidating our sounds!
Today you’re going to be focusing on blending longer words.

Write three words from the video.
Come up with a sentence that includes one of those words.

Handwriting challenge: Complete a line of the letter ‘g,G’ both lowercase and Capital. Then think of two words with this letter at the start.
English – Challenge 2:
Writing your story – Conclusion
Your challenge today is to write the next part of your story. This is the final part of your story so think about how they can celebrate the resolution.
Your ending must include:
A celebration of some sort.
Use the sentence – They lived happily ever after.
Maths – Challenge 3:
To explore the components of numbers within 100
Yesterday you began exploring two digit numbers and their place value. Today you will continue this by looking at the written number and showing a numerical value.

Geography – Challenge 4:
Observing my local area.
Take a walk around your village/town or the place you live – Take a picture or draw three different objects or places on your walk that are of significance. Next Geography Lesson you will use this to make comparisons between both your local area and a city.
Spicy challenge – Create your own map of your local area. Then create a key to label your map.
