This term the children in Year 1 have been working creatively with Mrs Cairns on a spiral based Art project.

The children have been really proud of their work, and so we invited the Year 2 children into the class to visit their gallery and to write some reviews of the work.

We set our work out on the tables and turned some of our pictures into a special spiral book. The Year 2’s and the Year 1’s all looked carefully at the work and wrote comments about what they saw onto post-it notes which were then stuck into the sketchbooks. Miss Delaney and Mrs Cairns were very impressed with the thought behind their comments.
