It’s hard to believe now that Christmas was less than a month ago, what with the Spring term in full swing. However these photos are full of so much joy they need sharing.

During the festive period we very visited by 2 cheeky Elves, Tinsel and Twinkle.  We loved searching for them each morning and writing about their antics in our independent books.  The elves proved a great talking point and everyone in the class had so much to say. The elves also delivered a very special advent calendar – with chocolate for each of us but also a Christmas story to unwrap and share with the class. We absolutely loved reading all the Christmassy stories and talking about them.

Reception and KS1 also practised and performed a fantastic Nativity and all the staff were incredibly proud of the children.  Miss Flower gave Year 1 a big task of watching having a speaking part but they rose to the challenge amazingly!
