Phonics – Challenge 1:

Consolidating our sounds!
Today you’re going to be focusing on those adjacent sounds and short vowel sounds.

Write three words from the video.
Come up with a sentence that includes one of those words.

Handwriting challenge: Complete a line of the letter ‘n,N’ both lowercase and Capital. Then think of two words with this letter at the start.

English – Challenge 2:

Writing a non-chronological report!
Use your plan to help you continue writing your non-chronological report about your chosen animal.
Today’s challenge is to 1. Write your second fact from your plan neatly. 2. Write your third fact from your plan neatly.
You will need an A4 page – you will return to this tomorrow to complete your non-chronological report.

Maths – Challenge 3:

To order numbers within 100 (Part 2)
You will be using your knowledge of place value to help work out mathematical questions between the numbers 50 and 100.
